![]() In the game, it is described that she has a perverted side. She easily becomes upset whenever anyone takes her feelings towards her mother's disappearance lightly. She is not without a responsible side, however, which she developed after her mother disappeared two years ago in order to support her father and care for her three younger siblings. ![]() She generally tries to maintain this personality even while trapped inside Heavenly Host, though the grim reality of their situation nearly causes her to suffer from an emotional breakdown several times. She often comes across as immature and crass and makes over-the-top outbursts that surprise everyone around her, but her friends are able to put up with it. Seiko is an extremely cheerful and energetic girl who enjoys playing around with her friends. ![]() In Corpse Party: Live Action Movie, she has 2 pigtails and no curls under her ears. ![]() Her student ID is pinned on the top left side of her skirt. She wears the standard Kisaragi Academy Senior High female uniform consisting of a tan colored sailor outfit with a blue collar, light blue cuffs, yellow ribbon held by a blue brooch, blue pleated skirt, black knee-high socks and white uwabaki slippers with blue stripes near the soles. Seiko has a natural kitty mouth/smile, which is especially noticeable when she's being devious and/or perverted. She also wears a blue barrette on the left side of her head. She has light brown eyes and long brown hair (colored orange in the manga adaptation) that she styles into two curls on both sides of her head, just beneath her ears. Book of Shadows employs a point-and-click mechanic and objects that can be interacted with are highlighted with a blue hue. And while I found this less pleasing from an aesthetic standpoint, it makes for a less frustrating gaming experience. The sprite art from the first Corpse Party has been replaced with a first-person perspective. Worst of all, it’s rare that the game gives the player any direction. It’s monotonous, frustrating, and not fun in the slightest. Rather, the player will need to wander past a particular area (sometimes several times) to trigger an event. Sometimes, however, it’s not an object at all that needs looking for. Prepare to spend plenty of time moving from room to room, scouring for objects to help move the story forward. It’s a pity though that a large portion of Book of Shadows is wasted aimlessly wandering through Heavenly Host’s halls.
